In this live tele-workshop you will learn how to:

Maintain alignment of your expanding pelvis in preparation for birth through chiropractic.

Learn the benefits of prenatal chiropractic care such as: less back/pelvis pain, better sleep, managing nausea and leg pain(sciatica) and more.

Take home exercises and tips to tryout with your partner to help through pregnancy, prepare for birth, and help with recovery.

Learn what a safe exercise program should consist of post-pregnancy and learn safe carrying techniques for lifting baby, strollers and car seats.

Learn the details of postpartum recovery such as: organ prolapse, urinary incontinence when you laugh, cough or sneeze, and diastasis recti.
