This journal was thoughtfully and intentionally designed to be a guide through each week of pregnancy. Developed by two prenatal chiropractors who collaborated on bringing you a new approach to journaling through pregnancy. It will guide you through focusing on listening to your body, feeling empowered, and reflecting on your journey. Each trimester has a theme to help guide you through the different phases of pregnancy. Writing prompts are provided to give you a starting point to write and process, but we encourage you to create your own if you feel led. Not only will this journal lead you through pregnancy, but also through the first 6 weeks of postpartum. Filled with tips on how to have your ideal pregnancy and be knowledgeable enough to feel prepared for common things you may encounter and empower you to be your own advocate.

The Weekly Pregnancy Journal is a new kind of journal that follows you through pregnancy and even through the first 6 weeks of postpartum. It has space to write and process your thoughts, educational tips specific to each week, and an area to write weekly goals or appointment reminders. The journal is a soft cover notebook style book that is 7 inches by 9 inches with 113 pages.
